When can I expect my order?

You can expect your order to be dispatched within 7 working days unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email.  You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Shipping is fulfilled by Courier Guy and usually takes 1-4 days after dispatch.Please note that lead times may differ depending on the products ordered but this will be clearly communicated on our website (e.g. Limited Edition products may have a longer lead time).

Do you offer collections?

No, unfortunately we do not offer collections. All products are shipped using our trusted courier partners.

Do you deliver anywhere in South Africa?

Yes! We deliver to anywhere in South Africa for R70-R105. Pricing depends on the size of the products being shipped and is worked out automatically at checkout.  
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Shipping usually takes 1-4 business days after dispatch depending on your area.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Can I customise my planner?

We can customise our planners to an extent. If you'd like a section removed from your planner, please leave a note at checkout and we will happily make the adjustment for you.

Can I use my own cover design?

With 12 beautiful cover designs to choose from, we do not offer custom covers.

What's the difference between the Standard Planner and Teacher Planner?

The main difference between the planners is the weekly planner layout. The Teacher Planner has a weekly layout with up to 12 lesson blocks per day. The Standard Planner has one block for each day of the week. The Teacher Planner also has 5 sections that specifically cater to the needs of educators - Behaviour Monitoring, Meetings, Parent Communication and Checklists and Extras.

The Standard Planner includes monthly budget and goals pages, as well as a habit tracker.

What's the difference between the Standard Planner and Student Planner?

These two planners are very similar and include the same monthly and weekly planning layouts. The Student Planner includes two extra sections - Tests & Exams and Projects & Assignments.

Do you sell digital products?

YES! We have a digital resources under our Digital Products tabs. We have also launched Resource Room which is a platform for South African teachers to sell their own resources.
